Colours

Usage

The colour palette scheme will be employed on all creations. Is it important for the purpose of idenIty to use the primary shades where possible. When primary shades are inappropriate or unsupported, variant shades may be used which are lighter or darker.

Contrast Ratio

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) explains how to make web content more accessible to people with disabiliIes. WCAG covers web sites, applicaIons, and other digital content. It is developed by the World Wide Web ConsorIum (W3C) Web Accessibility IniIaIve (WAI). WCAG is an internaIonal standard.

There are three levels of conformance:
- Level A | Minimum acceptable level.
- LevelAA|Most commonly accepted level.
- LevelAAA|Maximum accessibility level.

For all creaIons at Peter’s House we accept a minimum of AA rated content, though we seldom fall below AAA. For more informaIon on contrast raIos, please click here.
